This Technical Publications Project Manager opportunity with a leading Aerospace and Electronics company could be a great fit. They specialize in critical systems and services for commercial aircraft, defense applications, and space systems. The company is growing fast and working on exciting projects like parts for the James Webb Telescope, Mars Rover, the DART mission, and more.

This direct hire position is open due to the retirement of a long-term employee, offering strong stability and growth within a well-established company. In this role, you'll lead documentation projects end-to-end, partnering with engineering, customers, and outside vendors to ensure publications meet FAA and aerospace standards while supporting customized products.

Technical Publications Project Manager Duties:

• Manage technical documentation projects related to engineering design changes and product modifications
• Develop statements of work and oversee outside vendors responsible for creating technical publications
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables using Excel and internal systems
• Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with FAA and aerospace standards
• Present milestone updates and collaborate with customers to ensure scope alignment

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday – Friday, flexible start and end times

Pay:

• $87,000 - $109,000 per year
• Annual company performance-based bonus

Technical Publications Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in a manufacturing or highly regulated environment
• Experience managing technical documentation, product support documentation, or technical publications projects
• Aerospace industry experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for budget and project tracking
• Highschool Diploma/GED required
