Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

• Operate a variety of metalworking equipment, including trim presses, punch presses, form presses, press brakes, and riveting machines, to manufacture products according to specifications.
• Set up and safely operate production machinery to perform cutting, forming, punching, trimming, and assembly operations.
• Use hand and power tools to drill, grind, cut, deburr, and assemble metal components.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Inspect finished products and components to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Inspect parts to verify that drilled holes are positioned and sized accurately according to specifications.
• Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, etc) to confirm hole placement and dimensions across various part types.

Location: Brighton, MI

Shift/Pay Rate:

• 1st (6:30am-3pm) - $17.50/hr
• 2nd (2:30pm-11:00pm) - $18.50/hr
• 3rd (10:30pm-7:00am) - $18.50/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Brighton,MI.
