What You'll Do: Rise & shine: Open the gym at 5:45 a.m. Be the first face: Handle check-ins & class bookings with a smile Guide & inspire: Help members use equipment safely and effectively Lead the charge: Teach fitness sessions & track member progress Keep it clean & safe: Maintain a sparkling, welcoming facility Stay connected: Answer calls and assist members of all ages Check it out: Routine locker room & sauna inspections Coach the team: Assist with staff training Spread the energy: Create a positive, motivating environment for everyone What We're Looking For: You've got (or can get) your First Aid & CPR certification within the first month. You bring 6 months to a year of experience leading fitness programs, plus a solid understanding of fitness equipment and workouts. Whether it's through training, education, or hands-on experience, you've got the skills to shine in this role. 18 or older and can lift 100 lbs. like a champ!
