$60,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on our diverse range of insurance, annuity, and investment products, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to refine sales strategies and enhance client engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and career growth.
• Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and manage your sales pipeline efficiently and effectively.
