Position Overview

The Bartender is responsible for providing polished, attentive, and efficient beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and responsible alcohol service.

You’ll create a welcoming first impression, anticipate guest needs, prepare and present a variety of beverages, and contribute to an atmosphere that reflects the quality and character of our hotel.

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and address guests by name whenever possible.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, draught and bottled beer, and other beverage selections responsibly and efficiently.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable legal drinking-age requirements.
• Engage guests in genuine, professional conversation while taking orders and providing prompt, attentive service.

• Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to confidently make food and beverage recommendations.
