Tech Talent Sourcer - Build Pipelines & Engage Passive Talent

Stradit LLC is seeking a seasoned Sourcer to partner with Recruiters in building creative, tailored strategies to engage passive candidates for technology roles. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates across Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data and AI, while continuously building pipelines for current and future needs. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS and other sourcing tools, deliver market intelligence, and ensure a positive #J-18808-Ljbffr
