Front Desk Agent
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Shift | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Help create a welcoming experience for every guest as the first point of contact during the evening shift. This role combines front desk operations, guest services, and customer support in a fast-paced hospitality environment where professionalism and attention to detail are valued.
If you're dependable, professional, and enjoy helping guests, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities throughout the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform evening front desk duties, including night audit responsibilities
- Follow hotel security procedures and support safe daily operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach to guest service
- Background screening is part of the hiring process for this position
- Support a drug free work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel, resort, or hospitality experience
- Night audit experience
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
