Advancement opportunities within the dealership group Responsibilities: Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for multiple clients or departments. Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records. Perform data entry related to billing and collections. Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and account information. Monitor billing activity and help ensure records remain accurate and up to date. Collaborate effectively with a large team to meet department goals and deadlines. Identify and resolve billing or account discrepancies as needed. Support the Controller and accounting team with day-to-day accounts receivable functions. Requirements: Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably automotive Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures. Proficient data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
