Flyspace Productions is looking for energetic, customer-focused Bar Servers to join our Mobile Bar team for the 2026 festival season. As a full-service event production company, Flyspace helps create some of Pittsburgh's most exciting events, including Three Rivers Arts Festival, PicklesBurgh, Oktoberfest, Light Up Night, and more. What You'll Do

As a Bar Server, you'll help create a positive guest experience by serving beverages and supporting mobile bar operations at festivals, concerts, and special events. Responsibilities include:

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Pouring draft beer and sparkling beverages
• Preparing mixed drinks and serving canned or bottled beverages
• Processing credit card and cash transactions accurately
• Assisting with bar setup, stocking, and breakdown
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas
• Supporting beverage inventory and restocking throughout events
• Assisting with basic draft system maintenance (experience preferred but not required)

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience serving beverages, bartending, or working in hospitality
• RAMP Certification (preferred)
• Experience with draft beer systems or craft beverage service
• Cash handling and point-of-sale experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events

Schedule & Compensation

• Seasonal, part-time position
• Flexible, as-needed scheduling based on event calendar
• Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available
• Shift lengths vary by event
• Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
• Tips may be earned during certain events
• Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position

Dress Requirements

• Closed-toe shoes required
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor events
• Event-specific uniforms or accessories may occasionally be required
