Plumbing Lead

Amherst StudioBuilt™ homes, a full‑service real‑estate solutions platform headquartered in Cuero, Texas, is seeking a licensed plumber to join our modular‑housing production team. Requirements Valid Texas JMN plumbing license Minimum four years of practical plumbing experience Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders Experience developing training materials and leading manufacturing associates or apprentices Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Job Duties Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with plant and safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Lead a team to install all plumbing requirements for modular homes. Inspect, test, and repair plumbing fixtures as needed. Provide constructive feedback to associates regarding quality of their work. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties. Work Environment Employees may be exposed to noise, wood products, plastics, lubricants, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Physical Demands Job duties require regular talking and hearing. The position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Employees must frequently lift and/or move items weighing over 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
