About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified IMC RN in Bridgeton, Missouri, 63044!

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown/Intermediate Care setting
• Monitor and manage patients requiring an elevated level of observation and intervention beyond general medical-surgical care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
• Adhere to all facility infection control and respiratory protection protocols, including mandatory fit testing requirements
• Must be available to work 4 of 8 designated holiday shifts: Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, December 26, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of PCU/Stepdown or IMC nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates must be clean-shaven for respiratory fit testing; failure to comply may result in assignment cancellation - no medical or religious exemptions are accepted
• Candidates who live within 70 miles of the facility are considered local and are not eligible for this travel position

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with intermediate or progressive care patient populations
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes, including pre-start modules and OSHA Respirator Clearance requirements
