Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for caring for the geriatric population? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with the patients you enjoy serving most.
A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Bronx,NY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in MO
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $140k–$150k annually
- Full benefits package
