Engineer for AI Model Training

Apply your engineering expertise to help train next generation AI systems through precise, practical analysis of real world technical work. This remote contract opportunity centers on bringing expert judgment, engineering context, and clear communication to a customer project. No previous AI experience is required, your engineering knowledge is the focus. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
• Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions across multiple disciplines.
• Create real world engineering examples and problem sets that help AI systems understand practical engineering contexts.
• Collaborate across functions to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements.
• Improve project methods by sharing industry best practices and technical insights.

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or detailed project analyses.
• Strong engineering-documentation analysis and technical report writing skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience contributing to multidisciplinary or cross functional engineering projects.
• A proactive problem solving approach and interest in supporting innovation in technology and engineering education.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.
