Engineering Expert for AI Model Training [Remote]

Contribute your expert knowledge and analytical capabilities to a unique customer project as an Engineering Expert. In this role, you will apply your engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
• Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert-level commentary on complex engineering scenarios.
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions from various disciplines.
• Develop real-world engineering examples and problem sets to ensure AI models understand practical engineering contexts.
• Collaborate with the team to align deliverables with project milestones and requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies by sharing industry best practices and technical insights.

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in any engineering discipline (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience producing technical reports, design documentation, or in-depth project analyses.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
• Background in presenting complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of contributing to multidisciplinary or cross-functional engineering projects.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting innovation in technology and engineering education.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, or engineering quality assurance processes is a plus.

Contractor position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $40.

No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
