Pay Rate: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday + OT on Saturdays (4 AM start)
• 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11 PM + OT on Saturdays until 1 AM
• Weekend Shift | 6 AM - 4:30 PM | Saturday + Sunday only

Job Duties

• Unload materials from trucks and scan them into the system.
• Operate an order picker/reach truck/standup forklift.
• Use an RF scanner.

Requirements

• 6 months of forklift (order picker/reach truck) required.
• Able to follow directions and have attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Reach Truck Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do


As a Reach Truck Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
