Location: Seattle, WA / Sunnyvale, CA / New York (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $39 - $49 HOURLY

Role Overview This position supports the full lifecycle of recruitment activities. The role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The successful candidate will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates. Extend employment offers and conduct orientation for new employees. Perform exit interviews and manage the processing of employee status changes. Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve recruitment goals. Perform a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process. May lead and direct the work of others. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required. Experience: Requires 5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
