Location 206 - Rockingham Park - Salem, NH Position Overview Brand Representative (Sales Associate) reporting to the store leadership, drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well‑maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual sales associate goals to support store objectives. Acknowledge, interact, and build relationships with guests to create loyalty. Consistently receive positive, unsolicited guest feedback. Communicate effectively with store management and guests. Treat others fairly, with respect, valuing differences and refraining from judgment. Act as a positive role model to support a learning and trustworthy environment among sales associates. Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks directed by management with a guest focus. Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organization. Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash accurately and providing correct change. Adhere to loss prevention practices, report incidents, and protect company assets. Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership. Participate in inventory preparation and assist as needed. Record time worked accurately and remain flexible to business needs. Assist in constructing merchandising and window displays. Maintain a clean, presentable store environment and adhere to dress and grooming standards. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently; occasional ladder climbing and stair use may be required.
