Operations Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

About the Role
A residential construction company is seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This position plays a key role in keeping projects, scheduling, communication, and office systems running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Compensation:
$51,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules for projects, subcontractors, and inspections
Answer calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Maintain project files, contracts, permits, and documentation
Track materials, deliveries, and job progress updates
Support office organization and administrative processes
Help manage calendars, appointments, and internal communications
Assist ownership and the project manager with daily operational tasks
Qualifications:
Previous administrative, operations, or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
