Sales Specialist

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and market expansion for digital pathology solutions across Georgia and South Carolina territories. This remote position involves managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting product demonstrations in the cancer diagnostics space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual territory revenue goals
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales pipeline information in Salesforce
- Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and customer training activities
- Monitor competitive landscape and market activities in assigned region
- Build customer satisfaction through sales support and solution delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent background
- Demonstrated contract negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 50-75% within assigned territory
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
