This integral team member will have the backing and support of many caring professionals, and will have the autonomy to manage the practice in the way that works best for the patients, clients, and entire team.Position: The Hospital Manager is responsible for supporting the overall business operations. This position is a key part of the day to day operation. The Manager oversees the business of the operations in order to ensure the steady workflow of uninterrupted care and service. The position is responsible for the staff, including supporting the hiring and training for team needs. The Manager will oversee the financial aspects of the business such as billing and banking, inventory, equipment selection as well as facility cleanliness and the ordering of needed supplies.
