SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking Project Administrative Assistant with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment,remainingflexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient witha high levelof professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with an ability to work independently or with little supervision. Must be open to travel: Project Locations include : NM, IN, United States - RESPONSIBILITIES Perform clerical tasks andoperatebasic office equipment Handle incoming calls and providing general information, forward calls to theappropriate partyand take messages asrequired File andmaintainwritten records along with creating electronic copies for records Receive,sortand log all deliveries into computer database Prepare daily outbound deliveries Prepare materials for design and construction meetings Record and update meeting minutes for the various site meetings Responsible for procurement of consumable materials and office supplies Support Superintendent with equipment inventory tracking and organization Support Superintendent with the entry of craft workertimecards General supportfor the project team as needed with variousday to daytasks Schedule, track and log all repairs and standard maintenance for the work trucks Provide maps and directionstoany visitors, subcontractors,deliveriesor new employees Log all applicants into the Craft Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet QUALIFICATIONS An associate’s degree in business or related administrative experience preferred Minimum of 3yearsadministrative experience, preferably supporting construction teams. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. #LI-LS1 Please make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
