Draw correlations between service lines as well as seasonal factors. Data Handling, Report Generation, And Review Cultivation of drillable and reviewable reports for manager(s). Aid dashboard creation and furnishment to the larger operational team. Analytical Duties, Budgeting, And Financial Analyses Develop and refine budgeting methods and models Customer Service Assist operational groups in understanding workstreams and reporting impacts. Facilitate metric reporting through the various tools including but not exclusive to Oracle, Tableau, & Smartview Special Projects Building knowledge base within Stratajazz software and offering expertise to new team users.
