Manufacturing Associate

Join our production team at Aisin as a Manufacturing Associate, contributing to the creation of high-quality automotive components.

Manufacturing Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Operate various production machines used to manufacture, form, & join metal parts
• Perform assembly tasks to create automotive components according to specifications
• Follow all safety protocols & production guidelines
• Maintain a clean & organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
• 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00AM - 5:00PM
• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Overtime work may be required during the week and on weekends, based on company needs

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• Need to have at least 3 months previous manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is NOT required
• Must be able to fluently speak, read, & write in either English or Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Must be available to work overtime as required
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
