Sales Associate

Description As a Sales Associate for 95 Nutrition, you are the gateway to a customer's future healthy decisions. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue. This position requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual who possesses strong communication skills, product knowledge and a passion for meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer that walks in the door while promoting and selling products. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and attentive service. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations. Requirements Educate customers about the various meal and beverage options available, including ingredients, nutritional information, and special dietary considerations. Upsell, or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities. Address inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Reach out to Management when needed. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and cash register management. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels. Assist in marketing initiatives, promoting special offers, to attract new customers and drive sales. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow the direction of the District Manager. Completes assigned company training when required. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods of time.
