Inventory Control Specialist

Now Hiring: Inventory Control Specialist (Direct Hire)

Wayne, PA | $28–31/hr | Onsite

A growing organization is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support supply chain and inventory operations in a fast‑paced environment. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong potential for long‑term employment.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Support supply chain and operations teams with inventory tracking and reporting

• Work within ERP and inventory management systems

• Assist with replenishment, forecasting, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or logistics

• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred

• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
