Facilities / Office Support Coordinator

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite - 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Temporary 4-5 months (possible extension)
Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Office Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day facilities and office operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys a mix of administrative and physical tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support distribution and shipping of IT equipment to employees
  
• Ensure shared workspaces and dynamic desks are clean, organized, and ready for use
  
• Retrieve and restock office supplies from storage areas (including basement inventory)
  
• Manage and consolidate food and beverage setup for meetings and events
  
• Assist with coordination of company fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and basic clean-out
  
• Provide general office and facilities support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, office support, or facilities-related experience
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Willingness to take initiative and handle a variety of tasks throughout the day
  
• Comfortable with light physical activity (lifting, organizing supplies, moving equipment)
  
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work fully onsite

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
