Facilities / Office Support Coordinator GREAT FOOT IN THE DOOR FOR A GREAT CLIENT!!! Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite - 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Temporary 4-5 months (possible extension)
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Office Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day facilities and office operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys a mix of administrative and physical tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support distribution and shipping of IT equipment to employees
- Ensure shared workspaces and dynamic desks are clean, organized, and ready for use
- Retrieve and restock office supplies from storage areas (including basement inventory)
- Manage and consolidate food and beverage setup for meetings and events
- Assist with coordination of company fleet vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and basic clean-out
- Provide general office and facilities support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- 1-2 years of administrative, office support, or facilities-related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to take initiative and handle a variety of tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable with light physical activity (lifting, organizing supplies, moving equipment)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work fully onsite
- Fully onsite role, Monday-Friday
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
