I’ve been a State Farm agent since 2020 and bring over 25 years of industry experience to my agency. We take great pride in being actively involved with the community and the local Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local events and connecting with new members of the community is something my team and I find truly rewarding.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Natalie Burkhaulter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
