We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role.

Join our growing outpatient cardiology team at IU Health Medical Group Fishers. This position is based at 13100 E. 136th Street, Suite 3000, Fishers, IN 46037 and offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced cardiology clinic setting. The RN will be responsible for medication prior authorizations, triaging patient messages, prescription refills, and procedure scheduling while collaborating closely with providers and the care team to support optimal patient outcomes. The role is primarily onsite, with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week after successful completion of training. Candidates with cardiology or cardiac nursing experience are strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am4:30 pm or 8:30 am5:00 pm

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
