Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Facility: Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene Location: 6401 Directors Pkwy, Abilene, TX 79606 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Abilene. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, supporting the rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress Assist with daily living activities as needed Communicate patient status and changes to the RN and care team Support care planning and implementation under RN supervision Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records Requirements Active LPN license in the state of Texas Current BLS certification Prior rehabilitation, med/surg, or acute care experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment #J-18808-Ljbffr VALIDATION ASSOCIATES LLC
