Qualifications:

• Hold an active South Carolina School Psychology License (required)
• Experience in conducting psychological and educational evaluations in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to consult with teachers, parents, and administrators about student needs
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to help guide individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of special education services
• Offer crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral interventions as needed
• Act as a resource for educators and families, providing recommendations and strategies to encourage student success
• Support a positive and inclusive school climate by advocating for students’ social, emotional, and academic needs
• Maintain proper documentation and case records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
