HIRING IMMEDIATELY - GENERAL LABORERS
Job Description

• Prepare custom orders for shipment by wrapping, banding, boxing, and labeling materials according to specifications.
• Operate packing equipment, hand tools, and warehouse equipment to safely prepare products for shipment.
• Load, move, and organize materials while supporting shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
• Inspect materials and completed orders to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while supporting daily production goals.

Requirements

• Warehouse, packaging, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, packing equipment, or material handling equipment.
• Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting, packing, and preparing orders.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and ability to work well on a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
