Hematology/Oncology Opening | North of Fargo, ND - Integrated Cancer Center

A physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system spanning North Dakota and Minnesota is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative, high-performing oncology program supported by a large multispecialty network and strong referral base.

Position Highlights

• Full-time hematology/oncology practice in a comprehensive cancer center
• Multidisciplinary team: medical oncology, radiation oncology, and palliative care
• 4 medical oncologists supported by APPs across service lines
• Manage 12–14 patients/day in a high-access, team-based model
• APP-first overnight call coverage (5 PM–8 AM, Mon–Thu) with light physician rotation
• Optional bone marrow biopsy procedures
• On-site PET/CT and advanced imaging support
• Epic EMR with AI-enabled documentation tools (DAX)
• Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
• 300+ provider, 65+ specialty physician-led integrated system
