Salary: $189,308 - 389,753 per year Requirements:

• We require an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, Statistics, Information Sciences, or a related discipline.
• We look for 6+ years of industry experience.
• We need experience in machine learning or information retrieval.
• We expect strong command of at least one systems language such as Java, C++, or Python, or one ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MLflow.

• We contribute to advanced research in machine learning and large language models that can be applied to Pinterest challenges, especially search, recommendation, reasoning, and planning agents.
• We collect, examine, and synthesize data insights to build intelligent, data-driven models.
• We write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• We apply machine learning, natural language processing, and graph analysis to address modeling and ranking challenges across growth, discovery, ads, and search.
• We independently scope and solve moderately complex problems.
