Event Operations Manager

Overview As an Event Operations Manager, you will lead your team from setup to breakdown, own the guest experience across every group event, and turn every booking into a reason to come back and bring more people next time. What You’ll Do Execute events from setup through breakdown, leading your team to deliver seamless, memorable group experiences. Partner with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, drive repeat bookings, and grow event revenue. Train and develop event staff on hospitality standards, event flow, and high-volume execution. Ensure event spaces, lanes, and attractions are set, staffed, and guest-ready before every event. Manage event labor, track financial performance, and complete post-event reporting. Stay active and visible during nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons. What You’ll Bring 3 or more years of event, hospitality, or operations leadership experience. A track record of executing events that drive repeat business and guest satisfaction. Experience managing and developing event staff in high-volume, fast-paced settings. Financial acumen including event profitability, labor scheduling, cost control, and upsell strategies. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons.
