What You'll Be Doing

Cost Accounting & Reporting

✅ Maintain and analyze product, labor, and operational costs

✅ Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting activities

✅ Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting profitability

✅ Support inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting

✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Cross-Functional Partnership

✅ Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams

✅ Help identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

✅ Support inventory management and cycle count activities

✅ Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis

Systems & Process Improvement

✅ Enhance reporting processes and improve data accuracy

✅ Create dashboards and management reports

✅ Support ERP systems and reporting tools

✅ Participate in audit preparation and documentation

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

✔ 3-7 years of Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Financial Analysis experience

✔ CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus

Technical Skills

✔ Strong understanding of:

* Standard Costing

* Variance Analysis

* Budgeting & Forecasting

* Financial Reporting

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Experience with ERP systems preferred

✔ Power BI and data analytics experience is a plus
