We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Settle (S2S) Lead to support ongoing Finance stabilization and process optimization efforts across our SAP landscape. This individual will work closely with Procurement, AP, Finance, and Technology teams to drive end-to-end delivery across requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
This role requires strong SAP procurement and AP process expertise, along with the ability to lead operational improvements in a complex post-go-live environment.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational pain points, process inefficiencies, and reporting needs across Source-to-Settle
Lead end-to-end delivery for S2S enhancements and stabilization efforts, including:
o Requirements gathering
o Functional design
o Technical coordination
o Testing support (SIT/UAT)
o Deployment and hypercare
Support stabilization and optimization across:
o Vendor onboarding and maintenance
o Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
o Non-PO invoice processing
o Invoice workflows and approvals
o AP processing and reconciliations
o Ariba integrations and upstream/downstream interfaces
o Reporting and operational visibility
Coordinate across AMS, project, reporting, integration, and business teams to drive delivery
Assist with backlog prioritization, sizing, defect resolution, and roadmap planning
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve invoice cycle times, and stabilize procurement and AP operations

Qualifications
7+ years of SAP procurement / AP experience with strong focus on SAP S/4HANA
Deep understanding of Source-to-Settle processes and operational workflows
Strong experience across:
o Procure-to-Pay
o Vendor management
o Invoice processing
o Workflow approvals
o AP operations
Experience leading requirements and solution discussions directly with business stakeholders
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced stabilization environment
Strong coordination and communication skills across business and technical teams

Utility / energy industry experience
Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or stabilization programs
Familiarity with agile delivery and backlog management tools (ADO, Client
