• Provide 12-hour in-house day shift coverage in the ICU.
  
• Perform critical care procedures including intubation, arterial line insertion, central line placement, and chest tube insertion.
  
• Manage ventilated patients and acute volume/BP issues.
  
• Round on assigned patients and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
  
• Document encounters in Epic EMR and ensure timely hand-offs.
