• Seeking a dedicated Nocturnist who thrives in a high-acuity environment and values a collaborative, physician-led approach to patient admissions and acute care.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 15 shifts per month for full-time status.
• Workflow: Staggered start times (5 PM and 8 PM) to ensure smooth transitions and continuous coverage.
• Collaboration: Work with a secondary physician and APP support overnight.
• Technology: Fully integrated EPIC EMR system.
• Admissions Volume: The hospital averages 45 admits daily (range: 30‚Äì60). Individual nocturnists generally handle 6‚Äì10 admissions per shift.
