Hybrid Field Sales Representative (St. Louis, MO)

Role Overview Hybrid Field Sales Representative (HFSR) manages sales growth by building a book of business through field sales marketing activities and telesales programs. The position sells, cross‑sells, upsells, and retains members using the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio. Responsibilities Acquire and convert new and existing members via field programs (face‑to‑face appointments, retail, provider, center of influence development, and referrals). Acquire and convert new and existing members via inbound and outbound calls by assessing customer needs and using probing questions. Document call interactions, COIs, and lead management in the hybrid field sales integrated tech stack. Develop, continuously train, and apply new sales skills to meet customer acquisition metrics, sales goals, and KPIs. Maintain the member relationship throughout the year and serve as the primary contact for member inquiries about plan benefits, product and service offerings, and resolve utilization issues. Accountable for telesales/field sales achievement of quality, sales effectiveness, retention, secret shopper initiatives, and state, federal, and CMS requirements for Medicare sales agents. Ensure regular and reliable attendance and perform any additional tasks directed by the supervisor or manager. Essential Qualifications 4‑year college degree or 1‑2 years of experience selling Medicare products (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement). Life and Health insurance license not required at hire; must obtain license within 60 days of employment start. Active use of a computer for daily job activities. Ability to multi‑task while talking on the phone. Excellent communication and listening skills. Self‑starter with a positive attitude and the ability to remain composed when dealing with unhappy customers. Adaptable to a high‑pressure, achievement‑oriented environment. Drive to build, manage, and grow a book of business and succeed as an entrepreneur. High level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Basic mathematical proficiency without a calculator. Regular and reliable attendance is essential. Proficiency in presentation, collaboration, teamwork, and selling skills. Mastery of technology, problem‑solving, decision making, and growth mindset. Preferred Qualifications Assessment of consumer needs and use of cost‑benefit analysis. Mastery of sales achievement and creative, out‑of‑the‑box solutioning. Pay & Hours Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time. Pay Range: $43,888.00 – $73,032.00 annually.
