CNAs work under the direction of licensed nursing staff and are responsible for ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and dignity while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides continuous care and comfort to assigned residentsAssists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingMonitors and documents residents' daily food and fluid intakeAssists residents with mobility, including standing, walking, exercising, repositioning, and transfersSafely escorts and transports residents throughout the facilityObserves and reports changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staffCompletes and maintains accurate resident documentation and recordsSupports a respectful, team-oriented care environmentPerforms other related duties as assignedJOB TRAININGExpected training and orientation period: up to 6 months, depending on prior experience and competencyQUALIFICATIONSCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or completion of an approved CNA training programHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least one year of prior CNA experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to follow care plans and nursing instructionsCompassionate, dependable, and resident-focusedCNA PERKS & BENEFITS$1,250 Sign-On BonusCompetitive pay with Modified Compensation PlanGenerous bonus opportunitiesGrowth and advancement opportunitiesMedical insurance with prescription coverageDental insuranceVision insurancePaid vacationJoin us during an exciting period of positive change under new management and help us deliver the care our residents deserve.Apply today to become part of a team where CNAs are valued and supported.
