Analytics Engineer

Design, build, and maintain production data models powering supply chain and merchandising decisions Serve as the go-to data expert for supported domains Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, product managers, and engineers to translate business questions into durable models and self-serve tooling Own data integrity, availability, transformation logic, and efficient data access Build and maintain Looker reporting and dashboards used by planners and merchants Support marketing and CRM analytics, including campaign and promotion performance and channel reporting Identify data gaps, write data product specifications, and coordinate tracking implementation with engineering teams Automate processes and build testing and monitoring for data quality Document models so stakeholders can understand and trust the data Requirements Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another quantitative discipline 3+ years of experience building data models that integrate complex and disparate data sources, using tools such as dbt Expert in SQL and database table design Advanced Excel skills 1+ years building and maintaining reporting and dashboards in Looker or a comparable BI tool Strong analytical judgment Excellent communication skills Top-notch organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with ETL/ELT tooling, with dbt preferred Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, big data technologies, and analytics platforms Snowflake, Redshift, and/or Azure experience strongly preferred Exposure to supply chain, inventory, merchandise planning, or allocation data Experience with marketing or CRM analytics Experience with demand planning or ERP systems such as JustEnough or Kinaxis Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools Alcohol beverage or CPG category experience is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in building and maintaining data models and reporting tools, with a strong focus on data integrity and analytics. Proficient in SQL, Looker, and ETL/ELT processes, with experience in supply chain and marketing analytics.
