Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Adult Day Health | 6-Week Contract MTK Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6-week contract at Maluhia Adult Day Health Center in Honolulu, Hawaii . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive adult day health setting where you'll provide both direct patient care and therapeutic activities for adult clients.

- Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Adult Day Health
- Location: Maluhia Adult Day Health Center
1027 Hale Drive, Honolulu, HI 96817 - Job Type: 6-Week Contract
- Schedule: Day Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- EMR: PointClickCare
- Provide direct personal care to adult day health clients.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Support clients with therapeutic, recreational, and social activities.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Active Hawaii Nurse Aide (CNA) Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience
- Knowledge of:
- Basic nursing skills
- Infection control and universal precautions
- Patient rights
- ADLs and restorative care
- Medical terminology
- Body mechanics
- First aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Day Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- No on-call
- No holiday coverage required
