Act as SME for business domains and data architecture.* Oversee complex and cross-domain projects, providing technical leadership in tool migrations, architectural modernization, and large scale automation.* Partner with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights on business performance, strategic initiatives, market intelligence & opportunities.* Drive BI and analytics vision & innovation in analytics tools or techniques that facilitate effective business decisions* Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, security, compliance.* Drive measurable business value from analytics by implementing ROI tracking, usage analytics, and feedback to improve adoption, user satisfaction and outcomes**What We Are Looking For:*** Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.* Expertise in business analytics, data architecture, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and intuitive analytics solutions.* Strong experience in process analytics and optimization, including process mining, KPI design, and driving measurable operational improvements through data.* Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, aligning analytics initiatives to business priorities and delivering actionable insights.* Hands-on experience with modern analytics ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar), and with an understanding of data modeling and governance.* Experience embedding analytics into business processes and identifying underlying business challenges* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.* Mentoring and fostering a high-performing, collaborative analytics team.* Operating in ambiguity and leading through transformation, with a focus on outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.**Work Arrangement:*** Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.**What’s In It For You :**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
