Real Estate Agent (Licensed) – Springfield, MA | High-Opportunity Market | Up to 90% Commission.

HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Springfield and surrounding Western Massachusetts areas. This is an ideal opportunity for agents who want to grow their business in a market known for affordable housing, investor activity, and strong transaction volume .
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Springfield and Western MA market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in working in a high-opportunity, volume-driven market.
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
