RN Coordinator Clinical Programs

Your future role at a glance Location: Carmel, IN Facility: Ascension St. Vincent Department/Specialty: Surgery Schedule: Day Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department. Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures. Develop and document care plans and therapy programs. Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered. May supervise and direct nursing staff. Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need Primary hours will be 10am-6pm. OR experience strongly preferred. Leadership experience strongly preferred.
