Sr. Systems Analyst, IT Production Management

As part of the Global IT Production Management team, The Sr. Systems Analyst will be a key player in taking new applications from built or acquired to operational. This role in coordination with the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating rollout and change control processes to introduce new technologies to the studio and ensuring their long-term stability.The Sr Systems Analyst, Production Systems & Support is responsible for delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of technology platforms supporting film and television production workflows. This role owns both the implementation of new applications and enhancements and the ongoing operation and support of production systems.This position serves as a key bridge between production, post-production, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the demands of fast-paced studio and on-set environments. The role is accountable for operational processes, system health, and successful delivery of production-critical technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Delivery Own the delivery of applications and enhancements across production and post-production ecosystemsLead cross-functional coordination across engineering, vendors, product and productions teams to deliver new capabilitiesEnsure alignment of delivery activities with production schedules, release windows, and business prioritiesDrive end-to-end production readiness, including deployment planning, documentation, and trainingDefine and maintain secure configuration guides consistent with InfoSec and Studio requirementsProduction Systems & Support Own L2–L3 support operations for production and post-production applications, ensuring accountability for system uptime and performanceWork within existing incident management processes including intake and triage.Partner with vendors and engineering teams to resolve complex production issues and improve system reliabilityOversee environment management across production, staging, and post-production pipelinesGovern change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedulesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and user experienceProvide clear, timely communication on system health, incidents, and risks to both technical teams and production stakeholdersMaintain documentation for systems, workflows, and support proceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university3 - 5+ years of experience in application delivery, production systems support, or IT operations rolesProven experience supporting and operating production-critical applications in media, entertainment, or similar environmentsStrong understanding of film/TV production and post-production workflowsExperience owning incident management, root cause analysis, and support processesFamiliarity with SDLC and Agile methodologiesStrong execution, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven production environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with studio production systems (e.g. Cloud storage platforms, Box, Slack, EP Applications – Scenechronize, Sync on Set, Google Workspace, Airtable)Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partnersKnowledge of ITSM tools and frameworks (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, etc.)Considerable experience in end user support in fast paced environmentsThe anticipated base salary for this position is $108,000-$135,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.
