Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekend Baylor Position job at Cornerstone VNA. Wolfeboro, NH. Position Description The registered nurse's responsibility includes collecting client health data and working with the patient/family to set attainable goals. The nurse shall also develop and modify the patient care plan as needed in collaboration with the physician, health care team and the patient and patient's family. Registered nurse must have strong assessment, triage, IV, and wound care skills. The nurse must be able to work closely with weekend supervisors to perform visits as assigned. Qualified candidates must be committed to providing outstanding care and possess the following qualities: detailed oriented, honesty, flexibility, organized, open minded, be a team player and proficient computer skills.
