BIM/CAD Technician

Resurget Engineering is looking for an entry level CAD Technician to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing, creative individual, with solid communication skills. Responsibilities Work as a member of team to create 3D structural models and 2D documents for buildings and other structures using BIM software Work closely with engineers to follow mark ups and instructions for drafting and modelling Produce documents consistent with Resurget standards Clearly annotate, draft and dimension 2D production documents Assist engineers with field measurements Perform drawing maintenance and upgrades as needed Collaborate with team members and clients on model content, model exchanges, quality control, and document delivery Required Skills & Experience Associates Degree or certificate in a related discipline (Computer Aided Drafting, Technical Communication, Civil Engineering Architecture, Interior Design, or related field) Proficiency in Revit Enthusiasm for building modeling and a proactive work ethic Ability to clearly communicate technical information Preferred Experience Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Tekla, and data exchanges between BIM platforms is preferred.
