All client consultations are scheduled in advance—there is no cold calling or door-to-door outreach. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options Clearly explain policies, coverage details, and enrollment steps Maintain accurate digital client records and follow-up communications Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to strengthen professional skills Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital communication tools Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is helpful but not required Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Reliable high-speed internet connection Windows-based computer or laptop with webcam access Training and Support AO Globe Life provides comprehensive onboarding for every team member.
