Calibration Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Vehicle Calibration Engineer for an automotive/diesel company located in Mount Vernon, WA. In this position, you will be responsible for the calibration, integration, and verification of vehicle level features/functionality such as cruise control, speed limiters, warnings and telltales, etc. across the entire vehicle lineup from ICE to BEV powertrains. Pay Range: $55-$75/HR. Contract position! 1st shift Responsibilities Actively participates in the calibration, verification, release, and implementation of software Uses engineering principles and experience to integrate, calibrate, and optimize vehicle performance functionality via in-vehicle testing of vehicle control system software Develops and executes test plans for requirements verification and reports any discovered defects Provides support to the running business group in the calibration, verification, and release of running change software releases Provides relevant input to the development, communication, and management of vehicle calibration plans, including timing, quality, and budget Translates customer requirements into software calibration data and configurations for the organization Collaborates with and provides support to the Control, Software, and Validation Teams with testing, root cause analysis, and defect resolution If you are interested in this Vehicle Calibration Engineer job in Mount Vernon, WA then please click APPLY NOW.
