Limited X-ray Technician/Medical Assistant

Description Limited X-ray Technician/Medical Assistant needed for our busy Urgent Care in Van Nuys, CA. This is a full-time, flexible schedule opportunity. The X-ray Technician will be responsible for obtaining X-ray images of the patient using radiographic imaging. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting patient vitals, prepping exam rooms, and assisting providers when needed. Job Functions: Provide excellent customer service. Maintain all imaging equipment. Follow instructions from physician on what areas of the body to x-ray. Prepare patients for x-rays. Take the patient’s vital signs and prepare them for examination by the doctor. Performs routine laboratory tests. Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients. Comply with all HIPAA regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication.
